Wiper motor re-set
How to change the wiper so it stops/starts from the driver side?

Hard to explain but you undo the nut on the linkage to the motor. You then move the wiper and the linkage will rotate on the motor without gripping it. Change the position and do the nut up. Can't think why you'd want to though! 
Thinking about it, that was for an AX. No guarantee the BX will be the same, but can't imagine it being massively different.

basically you move the short link that is attached directly to the motor spindle and point it the opposite direction,
cant remember which way it normaly points,
but say it points horizontal and to the left, you need to move it horizontal and to the right, if you understand what i mean,
either direction if it aint quite at the horizontal the wiper will go past park and back a bit off park,
then on switching them on they will go the wrong direction slightly before heading across the screen
