Bx silicone water pipes

Post by cxprestige »

Hi,
some of my pipes have recently burst. I think about the exchange. Has anyone ever employed one of these? I need 16 valves!

Where can you get it cheaper?

Thank you very much

I checked out Redox for a set for my TZD Turbo. It's a far more complete collection than others I've seen and, to be honest although it's a lot of money it is I think the only option as I haven't found sets like that elsewhere. You can get partial sets from China (as well as rads too) but not as far as I'm aware for 16vs.

I helped Baker's getting the 16v set made up, it's really for the Phase2 16v with the larger pipe connection to the coolant manifold on the back of the engine.

I have one of their first sets, still looking good. My only criticism/concern is that they aren't logged so you do get a small amount of seepage through the ends. I found decent Jubilee brand hose clamps helped this.

The bleed pipe that runs across the top of the read is 3 times the original dimension so doesn't clip in to the clip in the cooling pack to plate.

For me they've been worth every penny.
