shark fin
Well apparently a shark fin is pretty much tasteless anyway hence why the killing of sharks to make shark fin soup is so pointless - the fin is made up of a certain tissue type that escapes me at the mo, possibly cartelidge (SP?)

I think he`d be better off trying to flog them to the Paxo/Corsa/Fiasco brigade.
The average age of the average BX owner must be somewhere the mid-forties mark (Vanny, Ian Fearn, Tim Leach and Kitch for example) and those of us who are younger find them a bit bloody stupid (the fins that is, not the above mentioned BX`ers)
