Brilliant
That went over really smoothly.
I used a backup from the old server timed at 11:15 UK time for the upload to the new database so any posts made between then and 12:00 may have got lost.
I will be pulling last backups of both the FCF and BXC databases from the now defunct database so if anyone has lost a very critical post, let me know and I'll retrieve it.
Keep me appraised of how the new database server is running please. It is hosting both the FCF and yourselves.
I'll be lurking on here from now on regularly, keeping an eye on it..

FYI, I am getting this error a lot now:
edit: uhm... back to normal now...
It happens most of the time and comes up instantly. Sometimes browsing the forum works, but 4 out of 5 times I get this error. This didn't happen about 1 hour ago when I last checked.Error!
